Tampa Bay Water Wise is a regional water conservation program offered by Tampa Bay Water, its member governments and the Southwest Florida Water Management District to help homeowners save more. We believe our residents have the power to make a real and lasting impact now and for our future.
As the population in the Tampa Bay region continues to grow, the need for water grows. Every step you take can make a significant impact and, together, we can save enough water to delay the need to build new water supplies and keep water rates low. This rebate program aims to save up to 11 million gallons of drinking water per day by 2030, at a quarter of the cost of the least expensive new water supply source. When everyone does their part, the savings really add up!
The Tampa Bay Water Wise program was developed in partnership between Tampa Bay Water, the regional wholesale drinking water provider, and the six member governments that purchase the water and deliver it to their customers: Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties and the cities of New Port Richey, St. Petersburg and Tampa. The Southwest Florida Water Management District – one of six regional water management districts in the state of Florida – is co-funding this program.
