Up to $75 rebate available.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) states that a typical office building has the potential to reduce its water use by 26,000 gallons per year simply by switching to half-gallon urinals. In order to conserve potable water while reducing costs to the consumer, Tampa Bay Water Wise is offering rebates to businesses who replace their existing urinals, using at least 1.0 gallons per flush (gpf), with EPA WaterSense certified urinals using 0.5 gpf. Products that earn the WaterSense label are independently certified to ensure they meet water efficiency and quality performance standards.
To be eligible, customers must replace a toilet that was manufactured in 1993 or earlier, because these older models use 3.5 gallons per flush or more. These older models may have been installed in homes that were built in 1994 or earlier. See below for details about how to determine the date of manufacture of a toilet. For more information regarding the rules, restrictions, and requirements, please review the Frequently Asked Questions section below, and the program’s Terms and Conditions.

Since property records and listings may vary. The program will allow rebate checks to be written to property owners or their authorized representatives when sufficient documentation is provided.
