This customizable rebate is for projects that improve water-use efficiency in commercial, industrial, institutional and multi-family properties. Tampa Bay Water Wise and the Southwest Florida Water Management District (District) have partnered to provide up to 75% of project costs, up to $40,000 per project.

Step 1: Determine your water source. • If potable water from Pasco, Pinellas or Hillsborough counties or the cities of New Port Richey, St. Petersburg or Tampa, then you’re eligible for up to 75% of costs, up to $40,000 through the WISE partnership funding. • If potable water from another utility, or well, surface, pond water, then you’re eligible for up to 50% of costs, up to $20,000 through the District’s WISE Program.
Step 6: District will review application in coordination with TBWW. A pre-approval site inspection may be required. District staff will guide applicants through the process to ensure maximum reimbursement. Approval takes 1 -2 months.
Hardware, labor, installation, design and software subscriptions are eligible expenses.
Depending on proposed project cost, one or two quotes may be required.
Project must receive approval before expenditures begin.
Funding will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Projects must be completed within one year of the awarded date.
